This Refund Policy explains how subscriptions and in-app purchases for the Shopto — Restaurant & Retail POS System app, published by Frihbi Enterprises Pvt Ltd (developer “Frihbi”), are billed, cancelled and refunded.
1. Overview
Shopto is free to download and start using. Some features are available through a paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase. All paid plans are sold and processed through Google Play, so refunds and cancellations are primarily handled under Google Play's policies, together with the terms set out below.
2. How billing works
- Paid subscriptions are charged through your Google Play account at the price shown before purchase, inclusive of applicable taxes such as GST.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You receive access to paid features for the full period you have paid for, even after you cancel.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a Shopto subscription at any time:
- Open the Google Play Store app and go to Menu › Subscriptions.
- Select Shopto and tap Cancel subscription.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling before the renewal date prevents the next charge. Uninstalling the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
4. Refunds
Because purchases are processed by Google Play, refund requests are generally made through Google. You can request a refund via your Google Play order history, subject to Google Play's refund policy. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact us at contact@frihbi.com and we will review your request and assist with a resolution. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used on Google Play.
5. Non-refundable items
Except where required by law or by Google Play's policies, fees already billed for a completed subscription period are generally non-refundable, and partial-period refunds for unused time are not provided. We do not charge separate setup or cancellation fees.
