Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using Shopto, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use Shopto on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The service & provider

Shopto is a Restaurant & Retail POS platform offering billing, KOT/KDS, QR ordering, inventory management, GST invoicing, reporting and online ordering. The service is owned and operated by Frihbi Enterprises Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India, and is distributed on Google Play under the developer name Frihbi.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for your staff’s use of the app.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Shopto for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or tax regulation.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
• Upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or misuse another person’s personal information.

5. Your content & data

You retain all rights to the business and customer data you enter into Shopto (“Your Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Data and for obtaining any consents required from your customers. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions & payments

• Shopto is free to download. Certain features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
• Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms.
• Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Google Play › Subscriptions.
• Prices, plan inclusions and applicable taxes (including GST) are shown before purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Google Play’s policies. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Third-party services

Shopto integrates with third-party services (such as Google Firebase, Google Play billing and payment gateways). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Disclaimers

Shopto is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for maintaining your own records and for compliance with tax and legal obligations applicable to your business.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frihbi Enterprises Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of Shopto. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Shopto at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. On termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions (such as those on data, liability and governing law) survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Shopto.

12. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Shopto after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
